Data Format

Data formats are standard and are defined by the SOAP specification.

A Note on Dates

SOAP uses YYYY-MM-DD as the date/time format. For example, December 14 1984 12:14:37 would be 1984-12-14. You can (and should) specify a timezone offset if you do not want the system to assume you are providing a time in UTC (Universal Coordinated Time / Greenwich Mean Time). For the Eastern Time Zone on Daylight Savings Time, this would be YYYY-MM-DD-04:00
